Objective

In order to understand the public’s needs, interests, and perceptions of the annual Three Rivers Arts Festival, Näkturnal was hired to develop, execute, and analyze market research campaign beginning in 2009 and every year since. Näkturnal now manages market research campaigns for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s First Night event each year as well.

Solution

Näkturnal assisted in developing a survey, scheduled teams of brand ambassadors to conduct surveys throughout the entire festival, as well as provided a street team to distribute marketing materials to the public.  We managed data entry of the survey results and provided analytics as well.

Outcome

Three Rivers Arts Festival was able to utilized the survey results to adjust programing and reformat the festival for years to come. Since 2009, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust continues to use Näkturnal for market research projects.
