In 2010, VIA Music & New Media Festival brought together the best local and national artists to perform side by side for one-of-a-kind performances. Every year since 2010, VIA continues to create a platform for bands, DJs and producers to be paired together with visual artists in order to create the most unique experience possible. Each year since its founding, Näkturnal has alleviated the budget of the festival through the organization of cash sponsorships and product donations as well as assisting with event’s overall execution, marketing, and promotions. We approach local and national companies to gain sponsorships, manage sponsorship execution, and provide detailed overviews of the effectiveness and reach of their investment.

Näkturnal’s role is crucial. To quote Tim Frank, the Director of Creative Services for Port Authority, “The Näkturnal girls bring a nice mix of professionalism and energy that cannot be found with larger firms.
